I am 149lbs heavy and 5'8" in height. I have broad shoulders measuring 46cm, a medium chest at 99 cm and a medium waist at 32" . I usually wear size S in US sizing. For this, I purchased an XL according to the chart. It fits well. The waist portion would have been better if it was a tighter fit.
