I am American and weigh in at 240 pounds. I ordered the 5XL Men's Underwear and they are at most XL. I cannot get them over my waist without the risk of them tearing. Picture below shows UK/USA size 3XL underwear compared to these which are listed as 5XL. Almost 6" smaller in the waist. I do not recommend them for larger men.

The black color is not that black, it may be the light, but it reminds me of another color. I have 84kg and I bought it at 4XL, it was good, but I could have taken 3XL without any problem, I'm afraid to get loose with the wash.
